Hey College graduate you might want to have a plan!! Knowing important details after college ensures your next journey isn’t blocked by unnecessary mistakes. You hold the key to open a successful path to your financial goals.  After all the hard work it took to graduate, all the money invested and time spent; you will want to avoid a few common mistakes.

First, take a look at your credit; if you accumulated student loans, review all your documents, understand them, your credit needs to be is in good shape. Communicating with your lender ensures the best odds to extend/defer payments; your credit shouldn’t suffer due to your college loans.

One class a student may have missed along the way, living within your means. Make a budget if you currently aren’t doing so, there are many free budgeting tools available. Young adults bring about a common mistake, spending money without the vision of what it takes to pay the debt off. After college, I used a method that seemed to work fine; I used my credit card for emergencies only, using cash helped me not spend less $; I quickly learned presenting a credit card assigned a false perception of security!
