They want your money, your listings, they won’t be happy until they control and monopolize real-estate! But they do it with a “Mitt” simile as they take your money and take control of real-estate!

What are they really providing real-estate agents, what’s the real deal behind the curtain? A little scary seeing a big nation real-estate website company buying-up real-estate businesses right and left, is this tender to get your dollars and monopolize real-estate!

There is so much controversy over transparency in real-estate. Transparency is very important in everything, real estate is no different! I’ve personally experienced a nation real-estate website company doing business questionably at best, their lack of transparency and efforts to hide from transparency from me and many others paying them for their service! I feel badly for all those unsuspecting paying real-estate agents who give this company money, they have no clue what’s going on behind their back. In Real-Estate What’s Motivating Them!

Results do matter, that’s why it’s so difficult hearing all the propaganda being lined-up by this nation real-estate website company to consumers and to the real-estate industry, we’re all really paying a big price! The fact that this company relies on getting their viewership by artificial drama and distorted fact and the fact this company relies on anonymous contributors to be their best contributors? Who really thinks anonymous real-estate advice brings any value to us, or consumers?  We all know the only benefit of anonymous contributors will be for the benefit of the nation real-estate website company itself, not consumers or yours, especially if you‘re paying them for their claims of, training, support, and generating leads for your business! Investing in real-estate takes more than aptitude to be successful, you have to be aware of all the risks in real-estate investing and develop a process that’s shielded from risk!

Real-Estate investing; how do I become a successful real-estate investor! Investing in real-estate takes more than aptitude to be successful, you have to be aware of all the risks in real-estate investing and develop a process that’s shielded from risk! There are many different areas in real-estate investing, it doesn’t matter if it’s residential or commercial real-estate, there’s plenty of potential income to benefit from.

One of the biggest mistakes the rookie real-estate investor makes is not studying the real-estate market they’re about to enter. Be dedicated and become 100% conversant with the local real-estate market and the prices in your area. It’s important to learn data that’s being inserted, you have to understand the lending aspect as well, you need to understand the interest rate market, lending is a huge factor when you’re investing in real-estate! Real professional real-estate investors don’t risk leverage!

A successful real-estate plan takes a smart approach. To create a profit from real-estate is fun and worthwhile; having residual income from your real-estate investment is major fun and can work like clockwork. Implementing the right business plan takes education, but you need more than aptitude to master the virtuosity of buying low and selling high, or buying smart holding it, and earn residual income from the investment.

If you feel you’re ready to invest in real-estate, I think you’re smart, and are on to something enormous. Make sure you hire experts where your knowledge is lacking, or get educated. You have to account for every little detail; no stone can be left unturned! The last thing you want when you invest money is to lose your investment. Leverage is very important, if you think you’re are cutting things too close, you’re probably right. Don’t ever think about risky leverage in your deal; don’t ever extend yourself on a real-estate investment project! Professional real-estate investors don’t risk leverage!
